The General Manager manages the P&L, steers sales, and provides leadership to all employees and processes for the office. Service Technician The Service Technician completes diagnostic, service, and/or maintenance work on residential and/or commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment and accessories. The Service Technician corresponds with residential and/or commercial customers to provide answers to any and all questions, resolve problems, and verify complete customer satisfaction. The Service Technician also advises the customer of recommended products and services and works under the supervision of the Field Supervisor or General Manager. Installation Technician/Installation Helpers The Installation Technician performs HVAC equipment and accessory installation and start-ups on residential and/or commercial jobsites. The individual filling the position also conducts installation and service on inside air products and equipment, as well, and has the qualifications to follow controls and wiring diagrams and schematics. Customer Service Specialist The Customer Service Specialist handles customer queries, objections, and billing questions with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to solve customer issues with a one-call resolution. The Customer Service Specialist is also held accountable for supporting day-to-day function of the Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning service office. Dispatcher The Dispatcher, following approved radio and pager processes, dispatches calls to Maintenance Technicians, Installers, and Service Technicians. The person filling the position also interacts with the customer to verify the customer is notified of scheduled appointments, reply to queries, and to help resolve issues. The Dispatcher efficiently plans and routes the most appropriate technicians following established company guidelines.
